At Vintage Velvet, we want you to cherish every timeless piece you purchase; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to preserve their vintage quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is protected, and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
